We only earn when you do. No fixed fees — our success depends on yours. Industry-standard commissions range from 10% up to 30%, depending on your needs and preferences. Our Home Care Management service is designed specifically for those who wish to keep their Lagos home private, while ensuring it is professionally maintained, secure, and always ready for their arrival.
We take care of everything on your behalf. From cleaning coordination and repair or maintenance management to paying utility bills and keeping track of all property-related expenses, we handle the day-to-day responsibilities so you don’t have to. You’ll receive quarterly statements summarizing all activity and costs, giving you full transparency without the stress of managing it yourself.
Whether it’s preparing the home for your next visit, supervising contractors, handling routine checks, or responding quickly to unexpected issues, we’re here to ensure your property is cared for as if it were our own. And if you ever need something extra, we’re flexible — any additional requests are welcome.

For our Home Care Management service, we charge a fixed quarterly fee that covers ongoing oversight of your property. In addition, we request a float amount tailored to the level of care your home requires. This float is used to cover routine expenses such as cleaning, repairs, and utility payments.
All costs are clearly tracked and fully detailed in your quarterly account statements, ensuring complete transparency.
